If you are dissatisfied with BioShield-Radiation^® R1 or R2 for any reason, please call our Customer Care Department at 1-888-606-8883 (Monday-Friday - 8:30am to 5pm Central Time) within 30 days of shipping date to obtain a return pre-approval. Once you have obtained such pre-approval, please return any unopened R1 packets or any unopened R2 bottles to the following address:

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping such returns.

Once we have received your unopened product, we will issue your refund for such unopened product promptly. Please remember that no credit or refund will be issued without prior authorized approval from our Customer Service Department.
