Maintaining your privacy is very important to Premier Micronutrient Corporation ("PMC"). That is why we (1) do not share, rent or sell customer email addresses to any third party, and (2) take every reasonable precaution to safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access. After all, we realize that your relationship with us is built on trust. So whether you visit our website or call our Customer Care Representatives, rest assured that we are doing our utmost to keep your personal information safe and secure.

Information Collection and Use
PMC is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We collect information from our customers at several different points on the website.

Ordering - We request information from the customer during our order process. During this process, the customer must provide contact information (name, address, city, state, zip code, & telephone number) and financial information (debit or credit card number). This information is used for billing and order fulfillment. If we have trouble processing an order, the contact information is used to get in touch with the customer.

Log Files - We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use only.

Information Sharing
PMC does not share confidential personal information except in the following circumstances. (1) When we have your consent to do so; (2) When we need to share your information to provide any product or service you have requested; (3) If we are required to do so by subpoena, court order or other legal process; and (4) If we discover you have violated the Terms of Use or any of our usage guidelines located anywhere on our website.

PMC reserves the right to amend its policies at any time. However, if we decide to disclose personal information in a manner different from that at the time it was collected, we will promptly notify you by telephone, U.S. mail or email, as applicable. Telephone Contact
PMC customers may be contacted by telephone if there is a problem or question about an order they have placed. Also, from time to time, we may telephone a small percentage of our customers for input on how to improve our service and product selection.

Email Contact
From time to time, PMC will send emails to our customers that may include product updates, special offers, notice of website updates, etc. Our customers will not be included in our email promotions list without their express consent. Email solicitations will be from PMC only; we do not share our email lists with any third party, nor do we rent or sell them.
